  For me, it’s not only just my local team on my ward, but also knowing that I have people I can refer to if I need to outside, so I know I’ve always got that support there. And my preceptorship team have always been very present on my ward and come to check on me when I possibly didn’t know I needed it. So that’s always been quite encouraging for me.

  This hospital has helped me a lot because when I started, it was overwhelming for me, but with the help of colleagues and senior staff, it helped me to grow more. And as of now I’m talking, I’ve just got a new role to go to ICU.

  Being part of King’s, is a huge place to work, with very diverse community and your colleagues, you have people from everywhere around the world. And we come together, we work together for a great good. That’s makes you proud anyway.

  Team King’s feels like a big family in a way. We’re all here for a common goal. And it’s nice to come to an organisation where the ultimate goal is to make people better. And it’s nice having that shared goal with one another and knowing everyone’s faces from all the different departments. It’s quite a remarkable thing.

  I think it’s such a brilliant team. Everyone goes above and beyond to help the patients, help the staff. It’s a brilliant organisation. Everyone is always looking out for each other. Patients always come first, and I think they get the best care here. It’s a fun team to be in as well. Everyone is so friendly and so helpful.
